Reservations and deposits

The reservations feature in barsy allows easy management of pre-booked tables or seats. Reservations can be used through the adminX module or the posX module.

Key capabilities:

Send the customer an e-mail or SMS with a direct link to pay a deposit;
Create a bill from a reservation in two simple steps;
Specify visitor type – adult, child, infant (or other) for menu planning;
Pre-configured time slots for reservations, selectable from a drop-down when creating the reservation;
Free-text description on the reservation;
Enter a deposit as part of the reservation amount.
