Maxi Park Hotel & Spa sits at the highest point in Velingrad, among pine forest and eco trails. Its pools are filled with mineral water from three different sources; beyond the spa, the hotel offers yoga, seminars and events.

So many venues mean so many bills. That is why the hotel's restaurants, bars and services run on barsy, integrated with the Clock hotel system. Every order is recorded immediately and posted to the guest's room – no paper, no retyping.

How barsy helps at Maxi

Every part of the hotel works in the same system, from the restaurant to the spa.

Restaurant and bars With mobile tills, orders are taken anywhere – even by the pool – and reach the kitchen or bar straight away.
Spa services Treatments, sauna and massages are sold in barsy, and their duration is tracked automatically.
Seminars and events Quotes, prepayment and deposit for every event, with the final bill ready at the end.
International guests Receipts can print in a foreign language too, so guests understand what they are paying for.

One guest, many places, one bill

A guest has breakfast in the restaurant, coffee in the lobby, a freshly squeezed juice by the pool and a massage in the spa. If every venue keeps a separate bill, checkout becomes a headache for both guest and reception.

With barsy and Clock, that headache goes away.

Charge to room: staff post the barsy bill directly to the room number.
Occupied rooms only: barsy knows which rooms are occupied, so a bill cannot be sent to an empty room.
Unified reporting: turnover from restaurants, bars and the spa appears together with hotel figures – no spreadsheet reconciliation.
Control from anywhere: each outlet's turnover is visible in real time, even on a phone.
Stock under control: every sale deducts products from stock, and supplier orders follow shortages.
