No more order mix-ups! Improve the customer experience with an order-ready display

How does it work?

When a customer places an order, they receive a number they can track on the order-ready display. That number can be printed on the fiscal receipt or non-fiscal receipt.

• At first the order is shown with status “Preparing”.
• When it is marked ready in barsy, the status changes to “Ready”, accompanied by a sound and animation that draw attention.

Quick and easy setup

The order-ready display can be shown on any smart TV with a built-in browser – just choose a screen size that suits your space. After creating a new till for the order-ready display (ordX), open the “Interfaces” tab and select “Customer order status” from the drop-down menu.
